Hel-O People.
Just got back from a gym session with siying.
It was disastrous, catastrophic, blah blah blah blah, all things bad.
I ran like 400m less than i usually do.

My legs were like all jelly and wobbly and tofu-ee.
& i had cramps. (Sorry boys, its a little awkward talk here.)
& gastric pain.
When i got to the "bicycle", i cycled for 5 minutes like i was cycling up Mt.Everest.
I was chewing on my lips with a bloody constipated look on my face. (like this asshole down there)
Oh well.
